Frequently Asked Questions

2018 & 2019 Team Edition USB System Requirements:

Windows – Windows Operating System 7 or higher. 64-bit system. (USB content will not play on 32-bit Windows systems.)
Mac – MacOS X 10.9 or later.

Potential Issues with 2018 Team Edition USB Drive and Anti-Virus Software:

If you do not see the “.exe” start file on your 2018 Team Edition USB drive or the drive is not showing up on your computer after plugging it in then it may be because your Anti-Virus software detects the USB drive as “unsafe”. For further assistance please contact us at tehelp@globalleadership.org and we will walk you through how to restore your USB drive content. If we are unable to restore it, we will provide you with a replacement USB.

I'm having trouble playing sessions from USB drive?

Once you inserted the USB into your computer, click on "Team Edition". If your computer doesn't recognize the USB, remove and turn it around. If you keep having problems then try another computer.
Select your device: "Mac" or "PC".
Double click "Start".
Select session/speaker video.
To turn on/off subtitles, either click on the "Globe" button on the menu or select "CC" on the media player.
When you’re done then close down application and reject your USB drive safely.
Do NOT remove when it’s in use.
These USB drives are encrypted and files cannot be added or deleted.

I'm having trouble downloading some of the products?

Keep in mind some of these files are quite large and the download process may cause your system to run a little slower than usual. Because large file downloads use up significant system resources and bandwidth, we recommend downloading only one or two files at a time. Also note that video sessions of any product are NOT downloadable and can only be streamed.

How many times can I download the audio sessions?

You are able to download all the resources on the audio session card up to 3 times, but please note that there is a limit of three computers/mobile devices you can use to access resources. It is advised not to share your login credentials.

Am I able to download the video sessions and Team Edition sessions?

Currently, we are unable to allow downloads for these two resources due to copyright limitations.

Will I always be able to access these resources?

Digital Resources will be available for two years after the issue date of resource. For example, the 2015 Team Expanded Edition will be available through December of 2018. After that time we cannot guarantee availability due to various licenses, copyrights and permissions. However, you may save the audio files to your computer so that you have unlimited access to them.

Can I purchase individual Summit talks?

No, the Summit talks on the Audio Session and Video Session resource are not available for individual purchase.

I lost my audio card / video card purchased at the resource center. Can I get a new Access Code?

Unfortunately, there is no way to track the products purchased at Summit resource centers. Therefore, if your card(s) has been lost you will need to purchase a new one.

Can I share my Access Code for Audio Card / Video Card?

No, the Access Code can only be used once to create one account. After the Access Code has been activated it can no longer be used again.

Can I share my Access Code for Team Edition?

The 2015 Extended Team Edition had extra licensing fees included within the purchase price for sharing. Along with the feedback from our guests, the decision was made to not include those extra licenses and extra licensing costs to make it more economical for teams. There is no sharing feature for the 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 Team Edition.

I forgot my Username / Password.

Your username is the email address and password you used while activating your product, not your WCA profile credentials. If you forgot your password you can request a new one by clicking Forgot Password?.

I am traveling overseas, will I be able to access this content?

Access to this website and its content is available only in the United States and Canada. If you are traveling outside of United States or Canada you will be unable to access this content. If you have downloaded the Audio Sessions onto your device, you should be able to access the content on that device.

While activating my resource I received an error message indicating that my Access Code is invalid.

There can be multiple reasons for not being able to activate your resource. Please contact us and include your product activation email or access code / pin number on the form along with a brief description of the error message you received so we can best assist you.

WHY ARE SOME OF THE SESSIONS AND PROGRAMMING ELEMENTS NOT AVAILABLE TO STREAM OR DOWNLOAD?

Due to copyright limitations we are unable to make available the Tyler Perry interview as well as programming elements, Brave, Hardest/Best and Roar with Special Friends. The 2016 Expanded Team Edition will not include the following: programming elements, Alan Mulally's session, as well as the Bill Hybels, Henry Cloud, and Shauna Niequist session. The 2017 Expanded Team Edition will not include the following: programming elements, Sheryl Sandberg, Marcus Lamonis, Bryan Stevenson, Laszlo Block. The 2018 Expanded Team Edition does not include Carla Harris.

I AM ONLY ABLE TO STREAM THE AUDIO SESSIONS

If you are accessing the Audio Card from a mobile device you will only be able to stream the content. If you want to download this content to your mobile device you must download the content to your computer first and then follow the directions of your device to transfer or synch those files to your mobile device.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY TIMES I CAN STREAM VIDEO/OR AUDIO CONTENT?
